Consulates Registration in Bayan System
Upon obtaining a letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sultanate of Oman, Consulates and Embassies are entitled to register in Bayan System and use its services.
- Consulates.
- Embassies.
- Governmental.
- Diplomatic Authorities.
- Submit a certified letter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Letter from the Consulate indicating the persons concerned submitting the Declaration letter.
- Application Letter to register in Bayan System.
- Copy of Personal ID.
- Authorized person from the embassy or concerned entity should be present.
- Provide original copy of the ID of the person authorized to sign in at Bayan System.
- Provide any contact number or address, such as mobile No. or email.
- Letter from the Embassy to open Bayan System.
20 Omani Riyals, in addition to 10 Omani Riyals in lieu of using the system by any person affilaited to the Embassy or Consulate.
