A Permit submitted by the Applicant or representative thereof, to the Customs.
- Customs Officer or the applicant.
- Commercial Invoice.
- Manufacturer Country Certificate.
- Permit File (if the goods require Permit).
- Register to Bayan System.
- Create Customs Declaration.
- Submission.
- Payment.
- Declaration where the goods owner is a company 15 OMR.
- Declaration where the goods owner is a private individual 5 OMR.
