Permit of import/use radioactive materials in Industrial/Commercial

1-Supporting litter

2- A copy of the storage pit license from the Ministry

3- A copy of the vehicle license issued by the General Directorate of Civil Defense

4-A copy of the employment contract

5-Leak Test Certificate

6-Letter of undertaking from the manufacturer to retrieve radioactive materials immediately after use

7-Non-xray only allow if the importation port of entry is airport

3    Vehicle Permit from Civil Defense Authority*    
4    Storage facility license    
5    Manufacturers undertaking to return of materials after their use and or decay    
6    Manufacturers leak test of the radioactive source

• Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
• Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
