Non-Objection to Import Petroleum Products

- Importers & Exporters.
- A copy of the Commercial Registration.
- A copy of the MSDS.
- A valid contract with the consumer company (in case of import of propane gas).
- Purchase Invoice in the event of importing ship fuel or fuel oil to supply ships in Omani ports:
- a. A copy of a valid contract with the future port of the product.
- b. A copy of a valid contract with the product supplier.
- c. A copy of the physical properties document. .
- A valid contract with the consumer company (in the case of importing propane gas only) (not a compulsory requirement).
- A copy of a valid contract signed with the port (in case of importing ship fuel).
- A copy of a valid contract with the product supplier (in case of importing ship fuel).
- Copy of the physical characteristics of the product (in the case importing ship fuel).
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
