Non-Objection to Re-Exporting an Petroleum Product

- Importers & Exporters.
- Explain the mechanism of processing (in the case of processed oils).
- A copy of the Commercial Registration.
- A copy of the MSDS. Purchase Invoice.
- A copy of a valid gas purchase contract from the producing company in the case of exporting used or non-processed oils.
- A copy of the certificate of origin (in the case of used and non-processed oils and LPG).
- A copy of the Basel Convention from the Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs (for non-processed oils).
- A copy of the letter of the company importing the product stating its consent to purchase the product with the agreed specifications (in the case of conformity of the product to the standard specifications.
- A copy of the product's certificate of conformity to the standard specifications approved by the Directorate General for Standardization and Metrology in the Ministry of Commerce and industry.
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
