- Importers & Exporters.
- Approval of conformity certificate for Cosmetic Products shall be for each shipment imported.
- The importer must submit the manufacturer's / importer's declaration of conformity, the product test report from the Directorate General for Standards and Metrology and register it into the system.
- The accreditation fees for the manufacturer's / importer's declaration of conformity is (OMR 1), and for the product test report is (OMR 1), and (2 OMR) for the data card.
- The importer 's/ manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity.
- Material safety data sheet.
- The approved explanatory data card.
- Test Report from a certified laboratory for each product.
- Certificate of free sale.
- Purchase Invoice
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
