Permit to Import Fire Safety Equipment’s

- Importers & Exporters.
- Guarantee the continuity of after-sale service related to maintenance, repair, spare parts and refill requirements, provide usage instructions and how to handle. The operation and maintenance instructions must be installed on each equipment in a clear location and written in both Arabic and English.
- Whoever trades in fire and safety equipment without taking into account the above conditions shall be liable for any damages or risks to their owners or users, especially in relation to their ineffectiveness in extinguishing fire or increasing it; cause harm to the health and safety of individuals; causing interactions with its preservatives; or any unusual damages.
- Attach a copy of an effective Commercial Register.
- Proof that the company has a commercial agency certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
- All technical documents of the product must be in Arabic and English.
- Catalogs, certificates and standard specifications of the product, in addition to a sample of each model, and forms of information and instructions that explain how each product is used.
- Proof of the company's ability to perform after-sale services related to maintenance, repair and provision of spare parts.
- Technical certificate from the competent quality control authority in the country in which the producing company is located.
- Technical certificate or report certified of tests from international laboratories and entities.
- A copy of valid Commercial Register.
- A commercial agency certificate from the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
- Catalogs, certificates and standard specifications of the product, in addition to a sample of each model, and forms of information and instructions that explain how each product is used.
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
