- Importers & Exporters.
- Application is submitted for one shipment.
- The permit for one-time use and valid for six months from the date of issue.
- The application must be submitted before the purchase order of the goods is completed.
- Documentation requirements may vary depending on the Ministry's assessment of risk.
- Inspection of goods is possible.
- The original pesticide registration certificate certified by the country of origin stating that the pesticide is used in the country of production, and certified by the Omani Embassy.
- Original (MSDS).
- The original manufacturer's guarantee certificate for the product quality, accompanied by the results of the chemical and physical test analysis according to which the materials of the product correspond qualitatively and quantitatively with the pesticide's ingredients and conform to the applicable international standards.
- Standard sample of the active substance + method of analysis.
- Certificate of complete chemical and physical test analysis confirming the purity of the active substance and impurities, both qualitatively and quantitatively from a neutral and accredited GLP laboratory
- The original of the package label including data clearly written in Arabic and English (trade name, popular name, active substance, method of use, safety period, antidote, toxicity, etc.).
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
