Veterinary to Permit Animal Products

- Importers & Exporters.
- The import permit must be applied for before the shipment is exported from the country of export.
- Permits are valid for one month from the date of issue.
- Application can be submitted for multiple types in a single permit.
- The Ministry may require additional requirements depending on species, place of origin or any other reason.
- The Ministry may specify the entry port.
- Veterinary Quarantine Department may refuse entry
- Veterinary Medical Certificate.
- Radiation certificate for milk and milk products.
- Halal certificate for meat and poultry.
- Certificate of Origin.
- Approval of the permits shall be within two hours of the application, during the official working hours and for seven days a week (All days).
- Release of Shipment round the clock, non-stop 24 hours; i.e. the release of the shipment submitted shall be within two hours of submitting the goods for the inspection of the relevant authority.
