System allows Temporary Export of goods that can be identified when returned to Sultanate of Oman. Customs duties are imposed to any potential amendments or possible additions.

  • Companies.
  • Corporates.
  • Authorities.
  • Individuals.

  • Goods shall not stay abroad for more than the period indicated in application.
  • Maximum validity period is one Georgian year as from export date.
  • Exported goods may not be changed or replaced.
  • Provide an invoice of the repairs or amendments made to the goods (if any).

  • Attach an Application Letter issued by the Company, indicating the required period and purpose of request.
  • Attach photos of equipment and devices to be exported.
  • Attach a copy of the Invoice.

  • The Applicant submits Temporary Export Request.
  • Request shall be studied by the concerned Customs department.
  • Upon review of request, approval or reject notice is sent to the vendor.
  • Vendor submits temporary export declaration for the goods, and line the same with the approval.

  • For companies 15 Omani Riyals
  • for Indivduals 5 Omani Rials.
