- Customs Broker or Representative .
- The party seeking such transfer, shall own a customs warehouse or lease part of any other customs warehouse.
- Entry Certificate (Declaration).
- Commercial Invoice
- Authorization by the vendor company to a clearance company, in order to create customs declaration.
- Create customs declaration of transferring from free market to warehouse, and link the same to warehouse guarantee.
- Application.
- Payment.
- Upon reviewing the goods by the Customs Officer, the same shall be received by the warehouse officer at the warehouse.
