Transferring goods from free market to warehouse/s

  • Customs Broker or Representative .

  • The party seeking such transfer, shall own a customs warehouse or lease part of any other customs warehouse.

  • Entry Certificate (Declaration).
  • Commercial Invoice

  • Authorization by the vendor company to a clearance company, in order to create customs declaration.
  • Create customs declaration of transferring from free market to warehouse, and link the same to warehouse guarantee.
  • Application.
  • Payment.
  • Upon reviewing the goods by the Customs Officer, the same shall be received by the warehouse officer at the warehouse.

  • Value of customs declaration + value of customs seal.
